Althought some people dont like lambo doors because of the look i find them a pain for functionality. Actually getting in with these doors is a pain since the door almost hits ur face on the way in and is hard to pull down once ur in the seat.

Agreed. Aesthetically, absolutly, but if your going to be using your car everyday, they ARE a pain, know a few people who have had it done, and wish they never did. Just a heads up.

Which series 325? E30? E36? Depends what body, and who will do it, and how much.... Hope its not the E30... looks like ass when people do it to that one.

i know that bolt on V-doors usually go for around $2000, and those are the ones u want, i think they are the easiest to install, and less problems to........i think probably any import tuner shop in calgary can get them for u.

I think Nurburgring is your best shot for that kinda install in Calgary, if not, talk to Rob over at Tunerworks, see what he has to say about it.

i say do them, i think eventually i will be upgrading to a set of vertical doors, what kit are you getting?

i see that Decah door kits are very popular and are bolt on kits, might want to check into that as well, unless you already have a kit lined up

It depends on how you feel. Illusionsir has guillotine doors. They're cool as hell, but you never realize how heavy a door really is until you have to open that door.

IMO no. no no no. no. the car will most likely get heavier with that kind of mod, and though it may or may not look good, its basically useless. IMO if its not a lambo or delorean or alike, then no vert. doors,

    Default Lambo doors

I had a set, put it on for bout two weeks and took them off. They were just too much of a pain to get in and out off. Get the VDC they're really easy to install. I did mine in bout 3hr both doors. One more thing when the doors are up they're pretty flimsy so If a chinook wind catches the door while they're ???. Good luck if u wanna do it. Think hard before hand. They do look sweet but at what price? both in $$ and functionality?

it looks cool, but just spend it on other modification. IMO it's a waste. I would rather just spend it on a japanese front end instead

I'd say no. For that kind of money theres A LOT you can buy. BTW does your car have the "cali thunder" front on it?
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”
