The SVT Focus has traction control.It can be turned off,but it still stays on until the car reaches 32km/hr. This makes hard launching impossible,and it's a real pain,especially at the track. .So I made a switch that plugs into the T/C fuse. This also disables the ABS ,but that's okay. The switch uses a blown fuse with a switch and fusable link soldered to it. I added a couple of connectors to make it easier to mount through a hole in the dash.
So now I can launch hard at the track..

FYI this is Davan's idea , I just made mine a bit different . Great idea Davan,it works great !!

That is cool, hope it works out on the track, sounds like it will bypass, turn it off, good job.

I mounted the switch in the lower dash.It works great !!
