that model has a built-in: processor, speaker, and A/V jacks for for easier installation of a xbox or playstation.

you can get these for $448 at a local store...
atleast then you will have a waranty
and its never been used...
that is the better way to go IMO...unless you drop the price.
hell...if you make the price more reasonable i will pick it up tomorrow.
