I got a ticket over 10 months ago, missed my court date.

ok well fuck, I got a ticket in strathmore like like a long fucking time ago, I went to fight it and they set my court date for what I thought was the june 11th, but as it turns out It was for the first.

so I'm fucked. I don't have a copy of the ticket or anything. so basicly I'm assuming I have to drive my busted ass to strathmore, and then talk to somone, and then probly have to pay the fine plus the added "your a moron bonus". I was all setup to win it too, fuck sakes.

So basicly Am I right on what I do now? do I have any options or did i forfeit those?

Just go to a registry and pay the outstanding oweing. You dont need to go back to Strathmore.

Yeah you can let the fines continue to outstand until you have the money available. The fines will not increase any more than they are. Once you go to the registries to renew your drivers license, renew your plate etc then they'll hit you with the fines

if you are sentenced in your absence go to court and i forget what it's called but you fill out a sheet and you explain why you missed the trial, then you wait for the next judge and you explain to him why you missed your date and he will most likely give you a retrial. i missed mine by one day but there were people there asking for a retrial from MONTHS back, one chick was there after over a year and still got it.

well, are you sure Rice eater? cause I know weapon R works at some traffic ticket defense place, but he probly charges people for that information, hahaha.
