Why don't you just format it, Dave?
I know you don't smoke weed. I know this. But I'm gonna git you high today. 'cause it's Friday, you ain't got no job, and you ain't got shit to do!
*smacks Evan in the head*
The password is there to protect the data. You cant format it with the password enabled
If I was a tech and didnt try that already, I would like suck or something....
Nope, I need a program or hack to remove it...
if u know linux there are lots of good prog's that can test username:password combos....I think all u need to do is put the HD in as a slave on another machine and test away.... there's a couple for win32 but there more for "testing" ISS servers and networks..... but they still should work localy on a slave drive cause the windows password format is basically the same... pm me for more info....
Machining, Fabricating, Welding etc.
Hehe that IBM one is a bad one. You can send it to IBM and they will reset it or just buy another HD.
I think I found a program that might do it thanks to network techie friend
I will keep you guys updated. If it doesnt work I will PM you legendboy
