Default Starting hot dog cart business what vehicle?

I will be starting my own hot dog cart business next year and I was wondering what the all around best vehicle is. Duties include towing hot dog cart to and from site location. Transporting coolers, umbrellas, boxes and small freight. What do you suggest?

If you're not putting much inside but on a trailer I'd say Nissan Pathfinder (very reliable and not bad on gas)

450-600 What is your secret!!! Our Pathys are the same (engine wise)...Almost every Pathfinder (WD21) forums I troll on everyone is bickering about how to get better mileage.

no secret...my mom uses the 95 Pathy as her daily driver...she drives quite a bit..she gets around 550ish km per tank.
I used to drive that pathy in highschool and I regularly got somewhere around 500ish km per tank.
My mom got better mileage because she never floored it..drive conservatively (ie: drive like your mom does ) and I see no reason as to why any wd21 pathy shouldn't be getting that kind of mileage as long as its mechanically sound
