I am looking for a good deal on a 17" or 19" flat screen slim line monitor. I don't want to pay $999

I am school, we have LCD monitors here. I think its 15 or 16" anyways it sucks balls....it is IBM, and the refresh rate sucks. It is annoying when you scroll, and i get headaches after only 10 minutes on the computer.

Are other brands better than this? They look cool but I couldn't handle having this at home all the time!
