    Default 1959 BMW ISETTA "der rolling egg" in Chinatown

    I spoke to the owner and he is very friendly. He told me it is a 1959 production year model. I think he restore the car himself. Extremely beautiful on both interior and exterior.

    There was a post a while ago of some weird Isettas spotted in Calgary I think...truck conversions and stuff (pretty sure it was Calgary...but I am not sure..)

    I saw a BMW 700 coupe running around downtown about a month ago... couldn't get the camera out in time.

    I've seen that thing about 5 times downtown since it's been nice out... One day at eau claire he had 3 people and a dog in it!

    There a different guy up in Hawkwood who has the truck one and a couple other ones.
