Do all rogers phone come with like a 1 year warranty?

I bought a total phone in october, i know its a piece, i didnt know better.. but does it have a warranty. Because the mic doesnt work, I can hear people talk but I just cant talk back to them.. I want it replaced.

All phones have a one year limited warranty except for the T720 which has two

The standard warranties are pretty limited though. Your best bet is to pay $59 and get the enhanced 2 year warranty which includes phone replacement due to wear (as long as the phone isnt in a million pieces) and also includes 2 free battery replacements.
