    Default Lewis/Tyson

Not a bad fight at all. A big ups to Tyson for being a man about it

it's hard for tyson to fight lewis though. lewis is much bigger than tyson. i didn't watch the fight, but from looking at the stats and watching the press conference with lewis, i'm sure tyson had a really hard time trying to get inside lewis.

I was looking forward to him going wild. That's what a lot of people expected.

Idolized? I don't think anybody idolizes Tyson. There are a lot more people out there that are far worse than Tyson - they're just not in the spotlight.

    Oh well

There was almost nothing that Tyson could do, he was too short and small, getting jabbed at a distance (Lewis had a 14 inch reach advantage!), and charging into a right uppercut or a clinch, only to get jabbed at again from a distance.

Supposedly Tysons strategy was to go in low under the jab and work the body, but Lewis kept his hands low. So the old bob the straight and weave the round peek-a-boo style didn't work. Tyson seemed too slow and had a history of encountering difficulty with much taller boxers.

It is ironic that it was Tyson who once quoted "Everyone has a strategy until they get hit." He just kept eating jab after jab, then left upper cut, down to one knee, then right hook right on the chin and KTFO.

Silver Dollar Casino was CRAZY, drunk people making hilarious wise-cracks the whole time. When the sound was cutting out, everyone started chanting "REFUND! Sisson! REFUND! Sisson REFUND! Sisson" and banging on tables and stuff. Every punch that landed set the place off and when Tyson was out, the place blew up.

When Frank Sisson was on the PA reminding people that there was beer and pizza in the lounge, some old geezer yells "why don't you give it for free you son of a bitc#?!"

Tyson truly deserved that beating. Justice has been served. Thank you Lennox Lewis.

I agree he was a man about it after the fight
I knew he wouldn't win but a big part of me was hoping he would

I would have thought that Tyson would have given a better preformance, but as stated above Lewis had a longer reach and was taller.

Why the hell would Tyson wipe blood off Lewis's face

I couldn't stop laughing at that children comment...I mean, the mentality of this world famous boxer at times - actually, all the time.

"I'm going to beat his skull in, i'm going to eat his children..." - Tyson.

During the first 3 rounds I thought Tyson would win, but after that I knew the longer the fight lasted, the more likely Lewis was going to win. With that said, during the first 3 rounds I was hoping Lewis would win, but the longer the fight lasted, the more I wanted Tyson to win.

I guess I was cheering for the under dog.

    haha, I heard that too..

Tyson could've totally beat Lewis.. Lewis' hands were never even close to his face. Tyson could've punched Lewis in the head quite a few times.
