website form addition help
Alright, so I have this form, and the people can choose between a family plan, or a professional plan. I want those to be radio buttons, and have a total at the button. How can I do this? I'm guessing java script? if not..php would be great!
Oh, right, and it needs to also add a user inputed field (ie. donation amount) that adds to the total as well.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
