good stereo shop?

hiya.....what stereo shops do you guys recommend?....I've gone to soundsurround until a couple bad experiences recently have made me look elsewhere....I've heard good things about audio concepts mobile on 32nd, any opinions/personal experiences?

umm i would go see my buddie ryan who is the install manager at bestbuy.. he did my whole set up and it works perfectly.. hes a good guy and knows his shit and doesn't screw around.. but thats my opinon..

It's really hit and miss with any shop (ie - "talk to this guy, not that guy etc"), but i've not heard any complaints about Audio Concepts, regardless of who you know..

ya exactly.. but see when i worked with this guy at futureshop i found he was the best installer thats why i got him to do it for me on his own time.. alot cheaper.. but ya its always a hit and miss like weapon_r says.. go with your judgement

I got my Alpine CDA-9827 deck for $300 with tax at A&B (negotiated the shit out of the deal). Retails at $330 before tax

A&B by sunridge... got a remote starter installed there, have had a few problems (with the product not the install, it was my fault for buying he cheap one) but i took it back there several times and Will (the installer) was always willing to take a look at it for me... all free of charge... NQA

It not so much the install, but the service at soundsurrond was brutal. i felt like i was being swarmed by a pack of wolves!! the install was awesome tho...just the sales people r soooo pushy

The guys at Visions up at crowfoot are really helpful and Lionel up there does amazing installs. If your going with an intense fiberglass install he's really fast the quality is amazing and he was the cheapest person i found in calgary for my install
