There are some iced cap syrop's you can buy that you mix with ice in the blender, they are not too bad.

I don't think I wanted to know that. Ignorance was bliss.

I used to deliver supplies to Tim Hortons way back in the day. That stuff is like 80% fat! Hahaha! It actually tastes pretty good if you replace the cream with chocolate milk instead.

The starbucks/second cup equivalents are so much better... too bad they're so expensive.

Ice caps don't even taste like coffee, just like nice cold refreshing cream mmmmm

sorry, an iced capuccino is not 1800 calories.

    Ice, Water, Expresso and Chocolatesauce/milk

The tim hortons iced caps (10oz) ones are like 150 calories, 1.5g of fat and 32g of carbs

a Big Mac (220g net weight) has 585 calories, 46 grams of carbs and 32g of fat.

Hell, even the ultra lethal uber rich Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino with everything on it including teh wipped creme and chocolate sause has 420 Calories, 16g of fat and 61g of carbs, and thats for the Grandé size (16oz)

hahaha, right on, I'm gonna believe federally approved nutritional info over the guy that stirrs the blender.

This is both correct and incorrect. I think the discrepancy comes in that when you don't specify the 2% milk ice cap, you get the cream ice cap (the only option prior to this year), which has 230calories, and a whopping 11g of fat in a 10 oz serving (smaller than a starbucks tall). The equivalent to a starbucks grande (16 oz) would have 368 calories, 17.6g fat mmmm mmm good.

And to offer the opposite viewpoint (without using the slightly skewed info for the uber rich mocha frappaccino with whipped cream), I will have a 190 calorie 2.5g fat starbucks frappaccino (tall - 12 oz.)
