Have you heard of the Wyze Cam Floodlight? Wifi connected floodlight AND cam in one. Plus they work together which adds a bunch of headache for camera's adjusting to the lighting ect.
Not a fan of Wyze products and their ecosystem. Using my setup I'm not tied into any ecosystem and free to do as I wish. Also that Wyze setup is upwards of $130 and I will be about $90 into this and have more flexibility and function.

Example.. I can change the bulb coloring to make it super bright or a warm tone or I can turn 1 bulb on and not the other depending on my needs.

I’ve had hue bulbs outside for 3-4yrs now… they’re still working, was concerned as we see temps outside of their rated range

Finally. These had jumped in price to $698. Screw that. Told myself I will wait. Just checked now while bored and saw the price @ $548. Look forward to having this one to accompany the matching toolbox which I have. Will be nice to have the little worktop area.

Lol, the same thing happened to me a few years ago. I wanted this one, and it was $900, then it went up to $1200 before I bought it. I said "fuck it" because I knew it should be cheaper and waited for it to go on sale. It eventually did for the original price, so bought it at that price, now it's $1800!

After having mine for a bit I'll say there are two things that really bug me about it.

First is that I wish it had 2 of the full width drawers as the one just doesn't feel like its enough. Second the drawers are pretty shallow. I have 4 racks of wrenches in my top drawer and can't fit anything else in it.

Other than that they are good little boxes.

I see what you are saying. I think it will serve my purposes. The top will be handy to place stuff that I have on the go, currently no area for that in my garage. Those 2 larger drawers at bottom will be good as well. Miscellaneous stuff can go in the shallow drawers. Currently the MISC stuff is taking up space in my primary tool box. Maybe some small dollar store bins/trays will go in those to keep things organized.

This is the one I want too, regret not buying at $1200.

I pray for a time when fun purchases for the house can be done rather than expensive maintenance items.

PA's site says it's available at the end of September, but they're actually in stock, on clearance for $178.

It's by no means a pro-level welding table, but it's a 4mm surface and you couldn't buy the raw steel to DIY one for that price.

    Zigbee Wireless Controller - https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B09KXTCMSC?...roduct_details

    Aqara Mini Switch - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If all goes well with the controller and switch will be grabbing a couple more of the switches.

Yup. I started with some LiFx bulbs but they are sorta in limbo. So went with some different lights and needed a way to control them all.

I grabbed that same zigbee controller. I don't have any zigbee devices yet, but I want some, although the lock I want was just dropped from HASS compatibility

Bought a ‘toy’ grade RC rock crawler for my son and I. (WPL brand) There are a ton of upgrades available for these things, such as the metal driveshafts and metal suspension links I swapped in. All in, I’ve spent around $95 and it performs really good.
