Jimmy vs. 240sx

hey all..well today i did race the 240...the guy told me he had an exhaust and intake...we had 4 runs...he beat me the first one by about half a length..second run i beat him by about a car length...third i beat him by a car length again..and fourth run he beat me by about half a length again...funny thing is when i asked him what he had beaten before..he told me a 98 prelude vtec.. and even funnier a camaro z28 ..after i beat him i thought...hmm now i can beat a z28 camaro ..hahah...anyways it was pretty cool

I told you 240's arnt that fast!......A Camaro Z28 eh? ....Thats too funny, I beat 240's in my Passat, Never would have thought i could take on Preludes and Camaro's!

race a 91 - 93 240 and see if your jimmy can keep up... with a good driver...

i raced my sis 92 240sx lots.. some times i would win, some times iwould loose... it was all on who hooked up first.. i liked driving her car more than the truck though... becuase at the time it was lower.. (btw its sold now)

a friend of mine has a 93 240sx... they aren't that quick! I took a 91 240 in my old car - a 90 Z24!! So that comment doesn't mean a whole lot, unless of course they have the SR swap... then it's a different story.

93 240sx has 165 Hp - 167 tq (rough numbers)

Ya stock 240's are slow for sure, the hatch backs (s13's) are a little faster than the 95-98 (s14's). I pulled 17.3 at race city 100% stock with a broken muffler.

Not sure race city would not let me race, I have my battery in my trunk due to IC piping and to get me my 50/50 weight distribution. Stock is 53/47. Needed a external master battery kill switch. Also I had some personal things going on that made racing meaningless at the time. Completed the project late Aug.
