    How do you guys cope with stress? its a health issue i guess hehe.

    Me, listen to some trance, 30 mins of fast 'happy hardcore' does it for me.. or

    I break stuff.

    Uh huh my girl helps me calm down... but before her i needed to break something or hit something. I think some of the most stress free years of my life were when i boxed... really should go back.

    i just go work out or watch tv to relieve the stress!!
    it works for me!!

    I grab one of my bikes and go for a ride. If a bike's not around, or I want something different I'll take 22x out to Kanaskis. It's a nice drive with very few RCMP on it.

    I got to the gun range. Something about blowing the shit out of things with a 12ga shotty or a .44 mag just releaves my stress.

    That or about a half an hour on the heavy bag listening to hard metal. It is a good workout too!
