Default Lease Take-Over: 2003 Acura RSX Type S

Looking for a qualified individual with excellent credit rating to take over the remainder of the lease on my RSX-S. Car was purchased July 2003 on a four year lease and 13 payments have been made on this vehicle.

The interest rate is 3.8%, lower than the current rate of Acura.

    The residual is $14,711.

Current buyout is just under $30K.

Monthly lease payment is extracted on the 15th of every month to the tune of $470.

This an excellent opportunity for you to acquire an awesome, fun driving, FWD car.

    Here are the specifications:

    2003 Premium White Pearl RSX-S
    32,000kms
    6 Speed Manual
    200hp

    Eibach Pro Kit Springs
    Full JDM Replica Type-R Kit
    VIS CF Hood
    CF Type R Wing

    Pics can be found here

The process is as follows, you need to have good credit with minimal debt. If you don't, don't bother posting or else I will ban you. The administration fee is about $300 to transfer the lease and will be done at Silverhill Acura.

    Any other questions, please ask.

REason for selling, I've found a wicked deal on a Spa Yellow S2000 and I want it!

    Yes it is!

Assuming my lease is a great alternative for those who are in the market for a RSX. Unless you buy new, you will not find a low lease rate 3.8%. If you were to take out a loan from the bank, unless you have outstanding credit, your interest rate is going to be much higher. The benefit here, you have a lower monthly payment with a low residual at the end of the term. You still see 2000 model Type R's, GSR's command over $20K. With the residual around $15K, you will get some cash back should you sell since the vehicles market value will still be over $20K.

How do leases work when you've paid all the monthly fees for the term? Theres a buyout price then the car is yours?
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

At the end of the term you can buy out the car, return the car, or finance the remaining amount over a term.

You hi-jackers, you aren't even interested.
