    haha, wow, there could be endless endings to a question like that.. but anyways, I was wondering what age you guys on average started bulking up naturally. I know that allot of people are skinny until about age 16 but then naturally take shape. What age did it happen to you guys?

    still hasn't happenedand im 17 im goin to still take on the chinese genes look young, skinny!

    I think u gain alot of size once ur over 21.

    U can see people body fat jus raise like crzy.

    I wouldn't know as I've never gone through that stage, lol.

    5"10 154 pounds. i've maybe been 3-4 pounds heavier but other than that I've only been lighter. oh, and I'm 19.

    i think it varies with people...of course it is more common within a certain age demographic. seems like the early 20s seem to be in that range.

    I was scrawny right up to 2 years ago (age 25). Then I got fat (quitting smoking sucks!!!). I've lost the excess weight now and I'm starting to bulk up thanks to exercise and wiser diet choices.

    Grade 9 summer, I dont know what happened but I started to get bigger arms and chest.

    Grade 8=130lbs
    Grade 9=150lbs

    Now=180bs

    damn my 21 year old metabolism.

    Gr 9 i started getting alot of height , gr 11 after playing football for 2 years i started to fill in , now im 20 and i weigh about 205 pounds and i work out 3-4 times a week.

    high school - 130lbs

    - didnt workout
    - ate whatever i wanted
    - could bench MAYBE 100lbs
    - 29" waist
    - 14" neck
    - 36" suit jacket

    college - 160lbs

    - worked out quite a bit (3-4 times a week)
    - ate anything i wanted and was also consuming quite a bit more because i was working out
    - was able to bench 190lbs
    - 30" waist
    - 16" neck
    - 40" suit jacket

    working - 180lbs

    - stopped working out
    - just kept eating at the previous pace
    - can still bench 190lbs
    - 32" waist (a little too soft around the middle)
    - 16.5" neck
    - 40" suit jacket

    The moral of the story...

    If you plan on bulking up. Dont stop going to the gym or your body will keep thinking it needs food and you will start to get a bit rounder and softer. Or if you stop working out, eat much lighter. You will regret bragging about your ability to eat 2 whoppers as a snack.

    I must be the only heavy asian around.

    I was about 185 in gr. 12. Got a little heavier through U and am now around 235.

    its rare that you see big asians. And I think I'm pretty big. Im at 180.
    In grade 10 I was real small haha. I was like 105-110 pounds and I was like 5'3
    now I finshed school I grew like 4 inches or so and up at 180..I used to work out alot back before I left to Vietnam, I was 170 or so pounds and ever since I got back from my vacation I haven't got near the gym. and not to mention, I spent most of my money on the vacation and I didn' thave any to pick up a gym pass or a home gym set, but now Im working again so I should be able to do something.

    Hahaha, this is me on sputniks template.

    high school - Grade 10 130lbs, grade 12 140lbs 6'1 tall

    - worked out 3-4 times a week, played on many sports teams all year
    - ate whatever i wanted

    college - 145lbs 6'2

    - worked out quite a bit (3-4 times a week), stopped playing sports
    - ate anything i wanted


    working - 145lbs 6'2

    - stopped working out
    - just kept eating at the previous pace


    Stopped working out, I weigh the same as I did before, lost some definition however, not gaining any weight, it's a fucking bitch. 20 years old...

    just finished high school and for a chinese guy i'm pretty big (muscle wise)

    17 - 5'11 - 180lbs

    i just started working out 3-4 times a week like a week ago..and already i'm getting much better definition so i'm happy

    skinny?...you and your beer belly man aha

    im 5'2 and anywhere from 112-118 depending on the time of day aha. i've been working out this whole summer pretty much. i think i need to eat more for me to get more toned??? im somwhat toned i guess you can say, but i did play hockey for 5 er 6 years so that might've helped
