Default which wideband should i purchase?

so far the only one that fits my budget and i feel 'safe' buying is the innovate motorsports lm1... http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/lm1.php

it was recomended to be by someone on this forum aswell.

its a big ugly box, but it seems to be nice quality and has 44mins of internal datalogging of up to 5 analog devices (tps, rpm, etc) and one analog output for a nice dash mounted guage if need be. I also dont have a lap top right now so the internal data logging is really cool.

all the other ones from what i can tell are designed more for looks then functionability, which i dont know if thats a good thing? I've looked at the plx, techedge, and aem, needless to say i wasn't impressed

i have a budget limit of about 650 canadian inculding shipping+taxes, although i'd like to spend the least possible

I've been using the LM-1 for a while now, very nice setup. Only issue is (for me anyways) converting the 0-5v signals that are logged into real numbers to compare to my SDS engine management. It's setup now so it makes fine tuning a breeze.

Reasons why Drumheller area wouldn't make a good race track venue...

what expansions did you get with yours? (analog cable, etc) and how much was the total cost with shipping and everything?

I picked up the 5 analog input cable for datalogging, that is all I added. I ordered it from their website, so whatever that cost I don't recall.

I found this Wideband aswell, its probly the cheapest unit out there...

WEGO was originaly designed for motorcycles but you can use it on your car, it has a 0-5 output for some datalogging sytems and a large LCD display. its $250 with the sensor, and $105 without. it uses a honda insight sensor.
    http://www.daytona-twintec.com/WEGO.html

or theres wego2 that has a serial output for a laptop, 2 hours of internal datalogging of AFR, RPM and one spare for 0-5 volt input. and it uses the newer LSu 4.5 sensor. it is $425 for the version made for a car, and it includes a LCD display aswell. then theres the same one but instead of a LCD you get a 0-1 volt output to be used on your narrow band autometer gauge, its 345 dollars.
    http://www.daytona-twintec.com/WEGO2.html

the innovate LM1 is $349 and has more features then the wego2, altough with the lm1 you have to pitch in another 100 bucks just to be able to datalog other sensors, and then a aditional 20 for the inductive clamp (for rpm) so a total of 469 bucks.

So i cant decide if i should just get the Wego for 250 and live with out datalogging, or spend the extra 175 and get the wego2 with datalogging, or spend an extra 44 bucks on top of 175 and get the LM1.

I came up with some wideband pricing. In CND funds

Innovate LM 1 = $489.95 plus GST and shipping
RPM converter = $139.95 plus shipping and GST
AEM UEGO = $620 plus shipping and GST

There have been a number of guys on Neons.org who have gotten the Wideband commander by dynojet. They've done a few group buys so the price has been reasonable. One nice thing about this one over the AEM is the AEM gauge only goes down to 11 while the Dynojet one goes down to 10.

Definately go with Zeitronix. Awesome features and nice price to boot. Dont bother with the screen though, its a waste of money.
