    Default environmental careers

    Anybody know of any?
Seriously tho, id be very interested to know if anyone has any insight into any environmental type positions. Figure ill never know if i dont ask right?

My current job is going to be coming to an end at the end of the month and well it isnt related to anything (bike tech at ridleys cycle, i need to get out of the cycling industry).
Anyways I have my university degree in geography, so i might be quasi qualified for something somewhere in the environmental industry. I suppose if anyone has any leads or knows anyone id love to chat with you about it.

    thanks

I work at Maxxam Analytics, an environmental analysis lab. There are 2 buildings, water lab and soil lab. You can try and apply, but I hear that they just hired a few people.

Advise: Most environmental companies do most of their hiring in early spring.

Neal, here are some links that may be helpful.

You might wanna try applying to AGAT as well. AGAT usually hires people who are trying to start in the industries. I know a few people working at AGAT with no Post secondary education.

Other Environmental labs also hires people trying to get experience, but they do most of their hiring in the spring as temps.

    Maxxam

    ALS Environmental

    Norwest Labs

    AGAT Laboratories
