Can a turbo manifold be powder coated?

ceramic coated yes not sure about powder ... call a poweder coating company and ask how heat tollerant there product is.

I think they can ceramic coat with colour matching or a custom colour..

try "Top Gun Coatings". They did a great job on my Valve cover.

I got my manifold coated at Top Gun and it flaked off.
When I brought it back, they denied it was their work because it was "impossible that their coating would flake off", but they recoated it anyways for free after blaming me for not requesting the high temp coating the first time and ensured it wouldn't flake off since they used it this time. 1 month later, it all flaked off again.
