Persian Doughnuts...
Has anybody heard of these? Used to get them in Thunder Bay, so damn good I'd probably kill for one. Has anybody heard of them in Calgary?
A persian doughnut is a cinammon sugar doughnut with icing.
They look almost similar to a giant cinammon bun except flatter and the icing was pinkish, I don't remember any jelly center but I did a search on the internet for these doughnuts and appearantly they have one...
