    Default Where to buy whey?

Where do you guys buy your whey from, I know of some great websites to buy from, but I'd prefer to buy locally and steer clear of all that hassle, plus the added difficulty of me not having a credit card. I could always goto GNC but they're ridiculously overpriced, any other good placed? I'm specifically looking for 100% Opt. Nutrition Whey...

Are you close to Macleod and heritage?

Right beside the london drugs there is a nutritional store. Never been in there myself but It could have better prices because it's not a chain store.

Hrm, I was looking for a 5lb tub of ON whey, GNC carries it for $73.00, or $63.00 if you present a Gold's card..and popeye's carrys it for $59

GNC is super close to me though, and I can use a friends pass from golds, but do I just need to show them my card..or what?

I know you said you are trying to steer clear of websites but supplementscanada.com is out of Edmonton and they have awesome prices. 5 lbs of Prolab for $32.99 or something. I've used them and it was great.

Yeah that website is pretty damn cheap, but it's the central location of popeyes, with the tax and some Ground Fee (which is $10, and I have NO Idea why) it works out to 56.99 for ON Whey, on top of that they only accept credit cards..anddd I don't have one and my parents are opposed to me buying supps =\

popeyes charge different prices because they're all just franchise stores that can do whatever they want. tax you're going to pay anywhere and I never had to pay a ground fee when I ordered...it must be the shipping cost for under $200?

Yeah, that's most likely it, but regardless the credit card issue is killing me...

Why not get one? It helps build your credit rating, is useful in emergencies and is great for on-line ordering. I was just like you without one and always borrowing friends or parents and I finally applied at my bank and got on with $500 credit. I could easily get it extended to $2500 or more credit now but I'm not going to because I only use it for the occasional thing.

Don't I have to be 18? And none of my friends really have credit cards, and my parents like I said are opposed to the idea of supps :P

Sorry, I didn't realize that you are a minor, you'll need a parent to sponsor you since you are

Oh well, if I decide I need some whey soon I'll let you know and we can do a little group buy and I'll toss it on my CC for cash

I got a 2.27 kg bucket at the place in southcenter for $50 before tax. They have a customer loyalty card where every 4 or 5 purchases you get 15% off. So buy your creatine, flax, whatever from there and then get a bigass bucket of whey for 15% off
