how can i get rid of spyware? plz let me no cuz its starten to piss me off

get a program called ad-aware. you can get it from download.com. its a start. usually what i do is go to start run type msconfig press enter go to startup tab and uncheck anything that doesnt look like it belongs. hope that helps.
