I have found an incredibly great tasting gourmet 'healthy coffee' that is truly amazing. The best thing about this coffee is that it has less caffeine than decaf (8.4 mg where decaf has 10-20 mg/cup). It contains an ancient 2000 year old proven ingredient know as the 'King of Herbs' and is more powerful than Ginseng. It is called Red Reishi or Lingzhi in the Asian community. The scientific name is 'ganoderma' and if you go to www.pubmed.com or Google and type ganoderma in the search for ganoderma you will find hundreds (pubmed.com) and over 50,000 (Google) of 3rd party verification on its healing properties.

    This stuff tastes GREAT!

It boosts your immune system and gives you more energy and stamina than your traditional caffeine SPIKE.

This coffee is truly amazing and did I mention it tastes GREAT!

If you want to try some free samples then fill out the form at http://www.javahealth.biz and one of my associates will get back to you shortly.

    Best regards,

You registed just to tell us that??

    But I like coffee

I'm not a huge coffee freak, maybe 3 cups a week. I find it's nice to have once in a while in the morning, moreso if I was up late the night before or are tired for some other reason.

It's extra nice in the winter, since you can head out the door with a nice warm cup of coffee when it's bloody freezing outside.

I do suffer from hypertension though, so I'm going to have to switch to decaff

On days where I drink coffee my blood pressure is between 10 and 35 points higher... not good.

Starbucks coffee also tastes like somebody emptied a casino ashtray into an old gym sock and ran hot water through it.

Definitely not. I decided to try being fat now and quit buying double/doubles from any of the drive throughs. They all are gross without a scoop of ice cream to mask their flavour; fresh grind at home is still yum.

I hear ya. Enjoy reading the start of this thread. Enjoy fresh coffee at home, but the drip coffee at sbux is pretty poor.

I buy mine in vacuum sealed escobar-like bricks. This stuff is nice black or with just a teeny tiny splish of milk. I hate coffee with lots of dairy or sugar, I find it disgusting. A double double makes me retch.

I'll probably be banned for saying this but the Keurig K-Supreme machine works really, really well.

I drank the catpiss from the shell for almost 2 years every morning, so Tims is still tolerable to me. My home setup is still my first choice though

Pressing my own Kicking Horse fresh ground beans for a while now. Tastes 10x better than any drip machine, any coffee for that matter taste better pressed.

I have a 1 year old, I don't have time for fresh drip this or that. But we do love our Nespresso in my house. I still swear by Mcdonalds coffee if I'm on the road and need something.

But coffee's not healthy at all. Causes raise in blood pressure, loss of minerals (like calcium) and so on and so on. But so does everything else in life
Latest research actually shows coffee as being quite healthy.

Coffee has had a hot-and-cold reputation when it comes to health benefits. Drinking two to five daily cups of coffee may protect against heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers, but too much can cause problems like anxiety, nervousness, and insomnia. Now, a review of existing research suggests that a moderate approach to coffee is the best medicine. The results were published July 23, 2020, in The New England Journal of Medicine.
Based on their review of 95 studies, the authors suggest limiting total caffeine consumption from all beverages, including coffee, to 400 milligrams per day. That's equal to about four to five 8-ounce cups of most regular coffees. This amount helps people get much of the benefit of coffee but with a lower risk of caffeine's side effects, according to the researchers.
Scientists can't say for sure why coffee is healthy. Given that the benefits are more strongly related to coffee compared with other caffeinated drinks, they likely result from ingredients in coffee other than caffeine. Coffee also contains a combination of phytochemicals, magnesium, potassium, and vitamin B, all of which have shown to lower oxidative stress and improve metabolism.
    https://www.health.harvard.edu/stayi...e-are-the-best

The study analyzed data from about half a million Britons and found that the more coffee people drank, the lower their risk of dying during the 10-year study period. Drinking eight or more cups per day was linked with 14% lower risk compared with not drinking any coffee.

Your morning cup of coffee provides more than a jolt of caffeine—it can also have significant health benefits. A September 28, 2015 Harvard Gazette article highlighted several studies by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health researchers illustrating the positive effects of coffee. One study, led by Alberto Ascherio, professor of epidemiology and nutrition, showed that drinking four or five cups of coffee daily cut risk of Parkinson’s disease nearly in half compared with drinking little or no caffeine.
The benefits of coffee are wide-ranging—from protecting against type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease to lowering rates of depression among women. But it’s not entirely clear why coffee is so beneficial. “Coffee is a complex beverage,” Frank Hu, professor of nutrition and epidemiology, told the Gazette.

I think I spend less time brewing a pot of drip than my Nespresso takes to brew 4 cups of coffee.

Plus, nespresso is fucking expensive if you are having multiple cups a day.
