WTD: Armrest from 88-91 Prelude

Saw the e-bay action for the item, but am concerned about missing top panel. Is this a part i can go to the dealer and buy and replace, or is the an actual part of the main unit snapped off when the top came off?

Not sure if the dealer sell the lid , but they might.
The part I have is not cracked at all, and there is part of a coil-type spring on the back edge where the top attaches.
