Default netgear vs dlink wireless router

What's people's opinion on netgear vs dlink wireless routers? Which one's more reliable brand? Which one's easier to setup, has better range, more reliable connection?

i cant speak much about netgear....however i've been using a dlink for about 2 years now, and its been workin great. Has good rage all throughout the house, upstairs outside on the deck no problem. It was easy to set up, if you have a good wireless card in you computer its really reliable. Sorry, dont know much about these things, just statin from my experience

Netgear.. well, I can't exactly say that I am impressed, somewhat better than my old SMC which was pretty brutal, but I would say go with the D-Link, or ideally a Linksys. The Netgear seems like a pretty cheaply made thing, at least compared to my old one.

I just got my SMC router, and my laptop doesn't detect any wireless networks. The same thing was happening with my dlink too.
