    Default Super Hot Sauce

Ok where can I find killer hot sauce?
Remember the Simpson's episode where Homer got owned in the chili contest? LOL I need something similar so I can concoct a dish for my buddy. I know he likes the spice and can handle it but I'm going to take it up a notch.

    He's going to commit suicide

    Crossroads market.

There is a hot sauce booth that claims the hottest sauces (they all do).

    Dave's Insanity comes to mind.

Pyro Diablo is the hottest I have ever had -- One drop is over 700 times stronger than an average habanero.

But for actual cooking I stick to my old favorite -- Sambal Oelek

Superstore has quite the selection in the "ethnic" aisles.

My favorite is tropical chili sauce.

The indian spices are very hot as well.

If you are ever near crossroads it might be your best bet, there are hundreds in stock and the guy working there knows his peppers!

Once you get this sauce an make the dish - take pics of the guys face so we can see if it's hot enough :P

if you ground up some habanero pepper powder and put ALOT in, it should be pretty damn hot

Well update, we ended up concocting a home made dish and it was pretty freaking hot but the guy ended up complaining saying the food had lost its texture and wasn't sweet enough......LOL

    1. It was free
    2. The memo said hot, nothing about being good!

Yeah, our friend admitted it was pretty hot, but lacked flavour and texture...in other words he was being a whiner!! i say this b/c he says he doesn't read the beyond boards...hehe

I'll get him next time when I have time to check out the flea market.
