    Question Anyone know a good engine i can put in my tiburon??

    I am looking to put a new engine in my car and i want more HP than the 4cylinder that i have in it now so please give me some input im willing to spend about 20k this summer just want some input for what to put in it to make it pretty quick...
    Lookin to make my tibby faster and better looking.

    dont go looking for engine swaps dude, just look into turbo kits..school yourself on turbos and how they work otherwise youll grenade your engine, go and find some tiburon forums, im sure there are some out there and see what others have done...good luck

    turbo..internals..suspension..u can do it up for 20k or less

    find yourself a wrecked new tiburon (gt? i think) and grab the V6 outta it, then its all about boost.

    Ok ya but what should i put inside the engine to make it as best i can get it and yes its USD.

    with that much money, go talk to a real hyundai tuner...why bother bench build on a forum that knows little about hyundais...thats my suggestion, as they would know a heck of alot more specifics than most people on here I'm sure, and it will also save you all the flaming and whatnot that I'm sure will happen eventually...

    duno much about tiburon but I Saw a video clip where someone had put 2 engines in the car, one in the front for FWD and one in the back for RWD.. krazy .. I forgot what the numbers were.. but it waz in sane on the track..

    Insane to the point where it's not really driveable in the streets or the tracks... It's ONLY good in the 1/4 mile (straight line)...

    yeah the last USCC, the thing did crap around a track...but amazing 1/4 mile, anyone know where i can get a vid of the donuts?

    sell it , combine the money with your 20k and by something without a hyundi badge on it. im not trying to be a dick but if you choose a differnt make you will have way more aftermarket support (and quality)

    ya, i know of a good engine for ya. its a 509cu in. V8. although if you somehow do manage to squeeze that into your car, the axles might snap, lol.

    Oh and for who wanted to know about the 2 engine tibby, it was like 325hp on one engine and 340hp on the other.
