FS: Compaq Presario for parts

Its model # 12XL204, series cm2060....not sure which one is useful to kno, its jus the numbers on the bak of the laptop...


laptop is working, but the ribbon between the laptop and the screen was slightly torn, and to replace the ribbon involves replacing th screen, which is a waste of money to me, so basically the laptop has the screen seperated from the laptop, the ram and hd has been removed....other than that, the motherboard, cpu, keyboard, touchpad, battery,...etc...its all good, so if u want this for parts or jus wana try fixin it plz pm me, im thinkn of gettn $100 for this jus cuz its still got so many working parts.

also i don't have the wire that goes from the outlet to the charger, they are easily replaceable tho...

so thats it...

its sittn around in my house so if someone has a similar laptop its more use to them than it is 2 me...pm me if u want it for free.

also have an old dell laptop, like P1 75mhz or smthn, its old, but working, no hard drive tho...i guess it might have some parts, ill throw it in the garbage or give it to whoever takes the compaq...

Got a pic of the type of cable u need, plus what size HDD does it need to take, i got a screwed up laptop right now but I got a good HDD on it so I wouldnt mind getting this one.

the older dell needs a hd double the thickness of the compaq..but i suppose itd fit either type...

the compaq takes the hard drive that most laptops do..i think its like 2.25" or smthn... the cable is the standard mini eide cable that all laptops use

and tv 8 me, which battery do u want?
