I can see it from my window at Telus downtown here, cant see what it is cause a building is in the way but is somewhere between Stephen Ave and the Dome.

I can see it from my desk too.
Seems to be in the Teatro/Epcor Centre area.
EDIT: Actually I looks to be further SE of that.

haha, thats good. I remember watching the Earlton fire fom the 25th floor and the flames were absolutly massive...I couldn't see where exactly this was located but I was like "ah damn, I sure hope those Earlton folk didn't get owned again."

I remember watching that too. Perhaps there is a Burger King opening up over there and they were just testing out their grills.

Yeah the earlton fire was insane...I went to school a few blocks away so we walked over and got as close as they would let us to watch...it was absolutely insane!

Ahhh I was driving and didnt realize what was going on.
I noticed alot of firetrucks and police cars.
thought there mightve been an accident.

yeah with therlton fire i was in bankers hall at the time and had prime view of everything going on there...this time it seemed like it was right behind the palliser?

Yea i drove past the fire today.........One of the older buildings (white building) I believe on the corner of 13 or 14th ave and right before olympic way .......they had the street off of macleod blocked off and I could where the fire was coming from. It appeared to be coming from a window but i think some of the nearby trees were also lit on fire....I was going to pull over in a parking lot and watch but with my car there was no way I was getting up into there.
I was driving down centre street earlier and could smell the smoke and hear sirens so I decided to go check it out
