So what is everyone's account limit? I remember hearing everyone is getting bumped up to 250mb or something?
I'm still at the crappy 2mb or whatever, but my gf got bumped up to 2gb for free...she just got this message one day saying they are upgrading her account.

Ok well i just email hotmail about it , and asked when the fuck i will be upgraded , heres the responce.

As you know, MSN is upgrading storage limits for customers. With over 170 million Hotmail users, this is going to take some time. I can inform you generally when your account will be upgraded:


• Initial markets (US, UK, JP, CA, AU, DE, FR, and ES): Yes, later this year MSN will be increasing the storage limits on Hotmail to 250MB. However, this change has not yet happened and the current storage limits on Hotmail is 2MB.

• Remaining World Wide Markets: We are in trial in other markets with increased free storage today to ensure a great user experience before we launch broadly. We will communicate to you once the 250MB is available in your market.


MSN will also roll out e-mail anti-virus scan and clean options for all free MSN Hotmail customers this feature is currently available only for paid users as a part of their subscription. This will make Hotmail the only free e-mail service to both scan and clean incoming and outgoing e-mail for viruses and worms.

well 2gb is supposed to be for HotmailPlus ...and u hav to pay 20 or so bux a year for it...maybe they messed up an gave u 2gb free? haha i dunno seems 250mb is more likely they will be giving ppl for free
