How do I "Change Gears"

To curb a lot of PM's and Posts, this is what you need to change gears under your user name.


Newbie (Minimum Posts: 0)
Neutral (Minimum Posts: 100)
First Gear (Minimum Posts: 350)
Second Gear (Minimum Posts: 1200)
Third Gear (Minimum Posts: 2500)
Fourth Gear (Minimum Posts: 4000)
Fifth Gear (Minimum Posts: 6000)
Sixth Gear (Minimum Posts: 9000)
Seventh Gear (Minimum Posts: 10000)
Redlining 7th Gear (Minimum Posts: 12500)

I just want to add excessive whoring to get to the "next gear" will reset you to 0.
