since my webcam must "turn on" for it too be able to see me (lense pops out) i would not see it pop out, it makes quite a noise so im not to worried heh

Some interesting info but if someone was remotely viewing on your computer what would stop you from using external programs for logging all connected ip addresses and going and tracing down the users IP address and suing them..
Daaamn if we have some U.S. people around... someone order a international beastie boys cd and let themselves get infected with the virus on the CD. Then go and sue them.. that would be one eaasy lawsuit.
