Wiring for power lock in 1999 Civic DX

Hi,

I have installed actuators in the doors to convert the manual lock to powered one. But the problem is in bringing the power lock wires from the central unit of the power lock to the inside of the doors.

Main problem is front passenger side door. The rubber cap and the tube which contains the speaker wires from the cabin to the inside of the door is visible. But I am not able to reach out to the hole from inside the cabin to insert powe lock wires in that connecting tube. The hole is not even visibe from inside the cabin. Any help in reaching out the power lock wire from the cabin to the door will be much appriciated.
