it has ps,pb a new battery (well it was put in over a year ago but hasnt been driven since) and new brakes

the car hasnt been driven for a long time..

but it starts up even through last years winter and now

for some reason the PW.. dont work... but i think all the fluids need to be topped off before it will.. because when i first got the car they worked
