FS: X-Men Legends for PS2

For sale is X-Men Legends for PS2.
I just bought this game today brand new, I unwrapped it, but it has not been played. I thought about it and I don't really have the time to play it...
It retails for $69.99 at EB before taxes.

Asking for $45 with free expedited shipping with tracking, etc, that only takes 2 days

I've played it before at my friends house and it is an amazing game.
BRAND NEW NEVER BEEN PLAYED but out of plastic wrapping.

It's an excellent game.
What's the return policy at EB? I was under the impression no returns unless it's unwrapped?
Damn why did I unwrap it....

I haven't even opened the case yet...haven't seen the contents at all...

I returned an opened PC game and got a in store credit at the sunridge location about 6months ago, dont know if the policy has changed

EBgames is pretty flexible for returns/exchanges.

EB should let you return it, cuz those fuckers open most of the games first anyway and put them in sleeves or in demo systems and then sell them when their slightly scratched

Yea but they let you return for credit only I think...
I'd rather have the cash, even if I lose some...

I think EB changed their policy on games now, due to the nature of games (their high vulnerability to be copied, CD keys stolen) i believe they only take in non fucntioning software/games for in store credit, and they check it also. Might just have been an experience with me, but thats my understanding.
