yes it will work with a v300 and i do take paypal. email me for further paypal info. Also about the software upgrading i am not presently aware of the v300 being able to be upgraded to v600 software>>>>>i am pretty sure it requires flashing which can be done through the cable but i have only seen a v400 been upgraded cause its internals are the same as a v6.

yes with this cable u can upgrade your flash/firmware to a v600

your v300 will still only have v300 internals even if u were to upgrade to v6 firmware.

the v300 and v600 internals are the same except for the v600 has a little bit more memory, other then that its just styling and options, and with the firmware/flash the options are now v600 so you only got styling to worry about. anwyay sbump for cable
