    Question Windshield chips....

Anyone know of a good place I can go to? I got a couple chips already. Company name and contact # would be great.

    Thanks!

There was a guy running a business under a yellow tent in the Marlborough Mall parking lot about 1 month ago. My dad went there and he really does great work! Sorry I don't know the name of his business though, I'm not sure if he's still there.....I'm not much help...

I've seen that tent at northland..I think they move around.

You could try getting those DIY fillers, I think they work quite well. Its just supposed to fill the crack to keep it from spreading. Saw it at Walmart or Canadian tire...I forget.

Most places charge $20 for the 1st chip, and $10 for each additional... I usally get 2 or 3 done at once.

They do work well, but they have to be chips. If the chip has already started cracking, nothing's gonna save it. I know for some chips, the professional guys can put a little cut at the end of the crack to stop it from splitting more.
