Mint will calm an upset stomach.

Ginger I think helps as aid in digestion. Or maybe it is just an upset stomach.

I suggest going to the health food store and buying some digestive enzymes. They are really great for any meal, especially big meals. PM me if you cannot find any and I will see what I can find....but they do work great. Take one or two during a meal and you will feel much better afterwards.

A better option than yogurt is a product called VSL#3. It contains yogurt bacteria but in a very high concentration. It comes in a powder form and can be mixed with yogurt, apple sauce or mixed in a cold non-carbonated beverage.

VSL basically re-colonizes the good bacteria in the gut. It's great for people suffering from IBS, Crohns Disease or even for a case of diarrhea.

VSL can be found in some pharmacies around Calgary and Edmonton. Just ask you pharmacist about it and ask them to order it in for you if they don't carry it.
