#1 - Bandwidth hog, very slow for dialup guys reading a thread
#2 - Quick reply should be used just for quick replies, shouldn't need extensive use of smileys (just common ones that you should remember anyways)
#3 - Help promote use of Quote checkboxes along with POST REPLY button, which has all the smileys in there
