I have this problem. But right now, I really can't keep this. I bought another rear projector for home theatre, and I have about 8 more days left on my in store warranty if I decide to refund it. I already have one that I bought 3yrs ago. This one is just newer and better LOL. Anyhow, I've only had it for about a few days now, and absolutely love it. But I realize it is 100% a WANT and not a need. I cant be keeping this, cause I have much more important things to pay off - like my tuition, car, house, etc. The right thing would be for me to refund it asap, as soon as I can be a man about it and tough it out. Especially with christmas coming up, I am donating $ to charities but it never hurts to put more into it.

Make a friend or family member go with you to take it back and not let you keep it...after a few days, you wont be too upset about it

Well you basically answered your own question.
You got bills to pay, you dont need it to survive but you want it for your pleasure.
I say return it, save your money and get it later. Who knows, a year from now that projector will drop in price.

Ya thats what I thought of too. I could very well be overpaying for it right now if I did decide to keep it. And return it, buy it later for cheaper, and even better one - meaning better overall value!

if you did that, you would never purchase it...cause there will always be something bigger, better, and cheaper down the road.

take off the drama-queen costume and consider what a lot of people would give to have your current dilemma.

you try to prove what a great guy u are by bragging about the charities u want to donate to, but your thoughts and actions prove otherwise.

so stfu and do whatever the hell u want cuz there is no one here for you to impress.

Don't buy something if you can't really afford to keep it around...it will only drive you in debt. Return it and blah blah blah.
I've always wanted to do this..........nothing personal.
