    Default Pho? Does a Body Good?

    I was just thinking...I go for Pho a HELL OF ALOT, and I was thinking. It must be pretty good for you. Rice noodles are pretty good, and then Lean Sliced beef, beaensprouts and a soup base.

    The soup pase is quite salty I guess...MSG, but you dont usually finish that (i dont).

    ANyone have any specs on it (LOL)

    I personaly don't think Pho is especially nutritious, noodles have 0 heath value becides starch which is basicaly sugar, sprouts are about the same, mostly water, the meat is good for u and the broth is 0 too.....

    Anybody up for it right now??? 4:16
