$250 real-world MT900 supercar design contest

Hi,

I am the Director of Engineering for Mosler Supercars. We build the carbon-fiber chassis/body MT900 (560hp 2450lbs)...pretty fast.

We want to get some design ideas for a new US-spec dashboard (all carbon-fiber).

I want to run a contest with a $250 winner, $150 second place and $50 third place. The project is to design a complete dashboard with radio, instrument pod (see evodash.com), HVAC controls, and vents (see pic of vent below).

We will pay the winner another $800 if he/she produces a 'finished' product that we can import into our 3-D Unigraphics program and subsequently make a mold and print out any labeling required.

Photo of the car is attached. Photos of the existing dash will follow. NOTE: Only the attachment points of the dash need to stay where they are. Free your mind and go exotic!

hmm, if u change the deadline from a couple of months ago and maybe give me a square photo of the dash, i may spend two minutes on it but i require a 25$ deposit as i will be in the top three

Don't know exactly what he is tryiing to pull but my guess is that he wants us to design something for his highschool class or something and he will just use one of the pics he likes to show that his "homework" is done
