WTB: Hugo Boss/d&G/Armani/Suit

umm....you really need to be more specific on that..as in

Size? 34, 36, 38, 40?!?!?!?!?!?

Length? S? R?

and why those particular designers...?

you might get luckey but i doubt it. THe suits you want cost more than most peoples cars (before mods). Armani for example sends thier suits back itally for final taloring. I highly doubt you'll want to buy one on here and then take it to moores to have tailored. The guy making 7 bucks an hour would butcher your suit. If your serious try a vancouver forum. at they have an armani store.

Ummmm no they don't. You can order made-to-measure armanis, but the ones you buy "off the shelf" get tailored wherever you want...


In any case, its stupid buying one of these like this. Theres a few stores in calgary that can you hook you up with any one of these and find you one that first perfectly. Try henry singer or harry rosen.

umm, I think by posting looking for a used suit, poster doesnt wanna spend the $$ on a new Armani or Boss etc

and as another poster said, shipping your suit out only applies to "made to measure" suits (very very niceee...picking out material..etc..mmmhm )..coz if it's off the rack, they just hem it locally...

and...umm.. the vancouver armani store is AX...hardly an "armani" store you'd buy a suit from..

original poster should post how much he's willing to spend on one of these suits

You are so wrong about the tailoring on armani.

There are in house tailors at most shops. Holt singers Rosens.

My tailor which is at singers has done ALL my alterations and he regulary does work on brioni, baldesserini, armani, prada etc suits. Only some of the made to measures come from italy, but even then they sometimes don't.

I agree dont take it to moores. but go to a store, dont post on beyond for a freaking suit which obviously is something that is not a simple commodity
