Default Does a class 6 and class 5 share demerits?

Im gonna guess the answer is yes, but somewhat hopeful that Im wrong...if you get a speeding ticket on a bike, does it jack up insurance on your car as well? Or do the different classes maintain different demerits?

the points count against all classes. if you get a ticket on your bicycle and are asked to present a license for ID. you get the points. even though you don't need a license to ride a bicycle.

Speeding is speeding. On a bike or even a moped.

well yes, but i dont think if you get a speeding ticket on a bike it should reflect your driving habits of say an 18-wheeler...

    just wishful thinking though

hi , i was wondering does it work the same for insurance purposes too? if you crash your bike and file a claim, your bike insurance will go up , but will you auto insurance go up too?

I'd better bring another form of ID the next time I ride my bicycle and leave the license at home.
