Glad I did mine already! Malls are the #1 place to avoid for me this time of year.

The streets are already getting empty as people flock to the malls.
Good thing my family doesn't really celebrate Christmas much to care about presents.
I'm a boxing week kinda guy and overall consumer whore the rest of the year.

They're not to bad on weekdays. Avoid them on weekends though.

I've got about half my shopping done already...luckily, there are only a few gifts that I need/needed to get at the malls. Other stuff is coming from computer stores, car places and what not and I'm smart enough to call ahead and get everything put aside for me

I love the malls at christmas though, I can usually even tolerate the grouchiness that comes with the season

I hate shopping for christmas too early

honestly, last year i went on the 23nd and finsihed it all in about 1.5 hrs

I just went to chinook around 1030am, and sped shopped!!!

if you do it too early, leaves too much time to think of the perfect gift, while if u have to rush, anything will be the perfect gift!

Actually the number 1 place to avoid would be the new Ikea. I hear that place is worse than a mall on a weekend
