Can anyone fix 'Predator' alarms??

I got a Pedator alarm in a car i bought from a friend, everything was working perfectly, alarm, starter, door poppers etc... But then one day everything stopped The units still have power, the LED light stays lit, and the starter will make the lights flash if you disconnect, then reconnect it. I need some one to figure out what is wrong. Every thing is exposed and there is no panneling to remove. I will pay who ever can do this for me, and i have tools inluding some testing equipment. the unit is in valet mode i know that because you said the led stays on all the time
