Default Nicer Places to Dine Around the University

I'm looking for a good place to eat near the university. Im sick of Kobe Beef and that other shit. I know we have Moxies in market mall and Red Lobster on 16th, but I can't think of much right now. Any ideas?

If you've got more than an hour to blow, you could hit up Mongolian Grill (I think that's what the restaurant is, anyways) or Boston Pizza's up by the Dalhousie Chapters.

Sometimes I hit up Northhill Mall and have either some Quizno's or the daily special (which has been the same for well over a few months) at the Korean place. It's like rice, two side dishes, grilled chicken and beef, and a pop for like $6-7.

Alternatively, you could go to the dinning hall at residence as well. Cheap food and it varies daily, not like Mac Hall.

Oh, and Y2K if you're up for some pho.

Sometimes I take the train down to TD for food as well. I can make it down there, eat, and make it back within an hour easily if you don't have to wait too long for the train.

Sure, it's nothing fancy, but it's better than the slop at Mac Hall and the rest of campus.

Matadors Pizza in Dalhousie in the same strip mall as KICKs, its right across from the shell gas station. Not sure if they are open for lunch but they have awesome pizza, salads and pasta. They has been ran by the same people forever, good service.
