i say for the best ribs, boil them, then bbq them.

boiling makes it so the meat just fall of the bone.

    so so very good.

I think bullseye makes the best bbq sauce.

boiling ribs? The only red meat I'll boil is brisket. If you got money to spend and you want a great hot pot, then I geuss ribs would be good.

Ribs are best grilled though. The best bbq sauce without a doubt is cattleboys. Its from calgary and is now famous around canada, try it if you haven't. Bullseye makes a good default sace. Golden honey smoke is my fave flavor.

whats a good side dish to go with ribs
    Chicken

edit: whoops, didn't read everything. Boiling them first sounds like a good idea, I'll be sure to try that next time!

Those "readymade" ribs at costco are my favourite...mainly because all you do is defrost, then bake...

They're also really tender and the sauce is good!

I've only been there once, and it was probably a month or so ago. It was pretty good! I only know of the one right beside SilverCity. The place has some pretty good food though, you should check it out.
I know you don't smoke weed. I know this. But I'm gonna git you high today. 'cause it's Friday, you ain't got no job, and you ain't got shit to do!
